Trey Everett's By the End of Tonight will get an NYC industry presentation December 7 at Open Jar Studios. The work, described as a dark comedy, follows Guy, who recruits his clock and chair to help him with a difficult decision about the end of his life.
The presentation will feature a cast including Troy Iwata (Be More Chill), Analise Scarpaci (Mrs. Doubtfire), Mike Cefalo (New York, New York), Jerusha Cavazos (The Prom), Rolonda Watts (Rolonda), Janine LaManna (Seussical), and David Ryan Smith (One Man, Two Guvnors).
Directed by Kenneth Ferrone (The Wanderer, SpongeBob SquarePants), the cast will feature Jessica Phillips (Dear Evan Hansen), Analise Scarpaci (Mrs. Doubtfire), Jennifer Fouché (Chicago), Asa Somers (Dear Evan Hansen), Troy Iwata (Be More Chill), J (Wild Party), Ken Wulf Clark (Shucked), Brandon J. Ellis (Bandstand), Gaelen Gilliland (Kinky Boots), Bre Jackson (Six), and Dion Simmons Grier (Stardust Road).
Directed by Emily Maltby, the cast will include Gina Naomi Baez (Only Murders in the Building), Bárbara López, Francisca Muñoz (The Gardens of Anuncia), Eliseo Román (In the Heights), Analise Scarpaci (Mrs. Doubtfire), Jodi Stevens (Jekyll and Hyde), and three-time Tony nominee Mary Testa (Oklahoma!)
